Maui has many great Dive Sites that can be reached by Boat or by just diving from the Beach.  Snorkeling on these reefs is also excellent. There are many reefs in the Lahaina, Kaanapali Beach area that can be reached easily for diving as well as snorkeling. Recommended diving or snorkeling areas are shown below. Airport Beach, Black Rock, Canoe Beach, Honolua Bay, Kapalua Bay are accessed by Beach entries while the Cathedrals at the Island of Lana'i and Molokini Crater is accessed by Boat. These dive sites are visited often by divers that come to Maui.
